Cancellation Policy

With respect to my business and other clientele appointments cancelled before appointment Cancellation Policy24 hours, I will work with you to rebook for a later time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appoint a charge of 50% is applied to your credit card on file if we are able to rebook your appointment. If you cancel within 5 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the full service. If you are a no show you will be charged for the full service and will need to rebook if you want to schedule a service after you no show. If you no show twice, I will no longer be able to provide service to you. As I am a business owner, I hope you can respect my business and the need to manage my time to service clients appropriately.

Private Class Cancellation Policy

Private mentoring sessions must be cancelled 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee before 72 hours is $250. No Shows will be charged the class fee of $497.
